A short, grounded talk on a spiritual topic such as forgiveness, self love, or energy hygiene. You’ll receive simple, practical insights you can apply in daily life. No prior experience needed.

We’ll do some gentle, guided movement together to help prepare the body for meditation. This opens the energy channels up and helps you to experience a deeper meditation.

Drop into a guided, heart-centered meditation and receive group pranic healing to clear all the energy centers of the body. This time is for deep rest, inner clearing, and reconnecting with your higher self and inner stillness.

We’ll close with a brief reflection, grounding, and a final blessing. You’ll be invited to notice how you feel, anchor any insights, and transition gently back into your evening.

In a Pranic Healing session, the practitioner uses specific techniques to scan, cleanse, and energize the biofield and energy centers, without physical touch. It is a no-touch, non-religious system that can complement your existing wellness or spiritual practices and support your body’s natural healing process.

Some people see colors or images in their mind’s eye, or notice emotions coming to the surface to be felt and released. Others simply feel rested and peaceful afterward.

Reiki is a complementary modality and does not replace medical or mental health treatment.
