MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

• Memberships are billed either monthly or annually on the same calendar day.
• Benefits are for the named member only and cannot be transferred.

• Click the Shared with Me tab
• You should see either the Archive folder or Resource folder
  • VIP All Access Membership has access to both of these folders
  • Resonance Online Membership has access only to the Resource folder

Billing and renewal

• Monthly memberships: Auto-bill on the same calendar day each month until canceled.
• Annual memberships (12 months): You pay the full term upfront. The plan then auto-renews every 12 months until canceled.
• Change or cancel at least 14 days before your next renewal to stop the following cycle. Early cancellation stops auto-renewal only and does not refund remaining time.

Booking & Attendance

• RSVP is required for all types of events and sessions
• No‑shows or cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the applicable inclusion or reward credit
• Sessions start on time and may be shortened if you arrive late

Upgrades and downgrades

• Upgrade any time with a pro‑rated charge from today
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal
• Prepaid terms can upgrade by paying the difference; downgrades take effect at the next term

Non-transferability and misuse

• Subscription is non-transferable.
• If a member has Cacao, Sound, and Pranic Healing Ceremony credits, these may be used under their own account for themselves and guests.
• Resale or sharing of any other benefits is not allowed.

Cacao, Sound, and Pranic Healing Ceremony credits

• Given credits do not rollover. Instead the number count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle and may be used under their own account for themselves and guests.

Content and privacy

• Member resources and replays are for personal use while your membership is active.
• Please do not share, record, download, or redistribute these materials in any form.
• Media & Recording Consent: Many events are photographed, filmed, or recorded. By joining, you agree that your image, likeness, voice, and participation may appear in photographs, video, audio, and session recordings, including online member replays. A media release form will be presented via our online waiver system at signup and may be required to access services. If you prefer not to appear on camera in group settings, please turn off your camera in online sessions; however, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed in group environments.
• Resonance Online Members have access to last 4 recordings. New recordings are posted within 48 hours. All-Access has access to full archive.

Scope and disclaimers

• Services are complementary wellness practices and not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care
• By participating you confirm you are fit to join and will follow facilitator guidance

Capacity and exclusions

• All benefits are space‑available and some dates may be excluded

Payments and chargebacks

• Rejected payments may incur a small reprocessing fee.
• Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of one’s membership
